All payments must be made in US dollars. Credit cards are the usual method of payment. We accept VISA, MasterCard and Discover. All listed prices are in U.S. dollars. If you are ordering from outside the United States of America, here is how the currency exchange normally works. Using your credit card is by far the easiest way to make the exchange; it is automatic. We send the charge electronically to your credit card company in U.S. dollars. Your credit card company makes the currency exchange and puts the resulting amount in your own currency on your credit card statement. Of course, exchange rates vary from day to day. We are unusually fast. Most orders are shipped the same day or next day. The exception is special orders and orders received on weekends or holidays. To save you money, most orders are sent via UPS (United Parcel Service) . This means that our USA customers normally receive their orders within only 4 to 6 days. We also use DHL and Federal Express.

EXPRESS SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE, just ask (we only charge you for the actual cost of express, no handling fee). HOWEVER, YOU MUST ORDER BY PHONE. We offer FedEx overnight and FedEx 2nd Day, even Saturday delivery upon request. Our phone numbers are listed at the bottom of every page.

International orders (outside North America), depending on the destination, normally go by U.S. Air Parcel Post or DHL.

2. Your name and information are kept strictly confidential. We will never sell or share it with any other organization. We never give out personal information.

3. We treat your credit card number very carefully. The only people that ever have access to it are the people on our staff who process and bill your order. Your credit card number is never stored on a Web server (as many Web stores do) where some hacker might find a way to get to it. In fact, we never store your credit card number on any computer. Any in-house paper copies of correspondence or notes about your order are thoroughly shredded when we are done with them.

4. We never attempt to secretly collect information about your Web visits or Internet use. Numerous Web sites do this by putting permanent “cookies” or spyware on your computer’s hard drive and keeping tracking of more things than they have any business knowing. This is an appalling use of technology. We will never do it.

5. We never send out junk e-mails or share your address with spammers. We hate spam just as much as you do.
