We provide unusually fast service. All in-stock items are normally shipped the same day or within 24 hours of receipt of your order (except Saturday orders - we do not ship on Sunday). We generally ship by U.S. Postal Service (3-5 day delivery time in USA) .

Express shipping (Next Day, 2-Day and 3-Day delivery available)

All express orders MUST be placed by phone (only). We do not accept express orders by e-mail or on-line.

Express prices are based on our actual cost and vary according to the delivery company you choose (FedEx, UPS, DHL), weight of the package, your shipping address, and whether you want the package to arrive the next day or within 2 days. You must place your order by phone.

Note: The lowest Next-day Express prices start at US$13.65 for a small book and US$17.85 for a video or larger book (depends on weight).

Delivery OUTSIDE of the USA: We commonly send shipments overseas. Again, we normally ship within 24-hours.

APO/FPO addresses: Packages are normally sent via Priority Mail (United States Postal Service). Cost for 1 pound item is $4.50, 2 pounds is $6.50, 3 lbs or more is $8.00+.

Normal delivery: Packages are normally sent via International Air (United States Postal Service). Travel time is 1-4 weeks depending on nation.

Slower delivery: At your request, we can also ship by cheaper surface mail (3-6 weeks travel).

Fastest delivery: We also offer very dependable DHL EXPRESS service, where available. A big difference is that DHL packages can be TRACKED and delivery is guaranteed; most postal shipments cannot be tracked or guaranteed outside the U.S.

For packages to be shipped to SINGAPORE, MEXICO and certain other nations, we will only ship via DHL due to past experience with reliability, tracking and Customs Office difficulties.
