   This Baana is one of 12 of King Solomon’s deputies who sustained the king and his household with necessary supplies each month (1 Kings 4:7, 12). Baana was specifically in charge of gathering supplies from Taanach, Megiddo, Beth-shean to Abel-meholah as far as the other side of Jokmeam.

2. Baana, son of Hushai

   This Baana is another of Solmon’s deputies in charge of monthly supplies. His responsibility was for collections in Asher and Bealoth (1 Kings 4:16).

3. Baana, father of Zadok

   This Baana helped governor Nehemiah make needed repairs to Jerusalem after the Captivity (Neh. 3:4).
