Neutral—…I gave this movie an offensive rating because of all the sexual innuendos that were involved in this movie. Not appropriate for a movie that’s supposed to be “PG.” Pity. The movie had a good story to it, just too much focus on the sex issue. The only reason I didn’t view this movie entirely was because the film was cut in the end. Oh well, this movie could’ve been better
My Ratings: Moral rating: Offensive / Moviemaking quality: 3

Neutral—This movie was mildly entertaining, and had some crude humor focused on sex, though no nudity, violence or profanity. I wouldn’t watch it again though.
My Ratings: Moral rating: Average / Moviemaking quality: 2½

Negative
Negative—This is not a family movie or a movie for Christians or non-Christians. It is full of sexual innuendo and shows women as sex objects and men as perverts and makes it seem funny and acceptable. Very disappointing, some major issues in discernment if this movie is acceptable to you, I would not subject my children’s minds to this perversion. Sad this is acceptable to so many. I have 2 boy and a girl and I work hard to teach them to guard their hearts and minds.
My Ratings: Moral rating: Very Offensive / Moviemaking quality: 3½
David, age 38 (USA)
Negative—Inspector Clouseau has some serious issues. While this bumbling detective can generate some laughs with his ridiculous behavior, it’s his being portrayed as obsessed with the female form that most Christians would find offensive. Thankfully, most of the offensive material was spoken rather than visual, but the treatment of women as objects of lust comes through just as clear. The movie contained no vulgar language and a lot of slapstick violence, but offers nothing that hasn’t been done before. The few laughs hardly makes up for the movies flaws.
My Ratings: Moral rating: Offensive / Moviemaking quality: 2½
Michael, age 55 (USA)
Negative—Sexual humor very inappropriate for a PG movie, or any movie as far as I’m concerned. Other than that, it had some very funny moments in it.
My Ratings: Moral rating: Very Offensive / Moviemaking quality: 3

Negative—Honestly this movie was not really that funny. It was some what average and predictable. From my point of view it was rather offensive. The film had a great deal of lustful talk. It certainly isn’t a film that I would recommend you spend your money on, or waste you time on. The lord has called us to dwell on whatever is pure and lovely, and I do not believe the Pink Panther falls under that category.
My Ratings: Moral rating: Offensive / Moviemaking quality: 3
Janae, age 16 (USA)
Negative—This movie was very silly (for the lack of a better word). It seemed pointless. My family of five went to see it when it was still in the theaters and the only one who enjoyed the movie were my seven year old little brother. If you asked anyone coming out of seeing that movie what the plot was, they honestly wouldn’t be able to tell you. It seemed extremely pointless.

Also, being a girl, found it very offensive to women. The way Inspector Clouseau reacts when the manners teacher is talking about how to react at certain times is repulsive. This only made my younger brother laugh and my parents look nervously at each other. I do not think that this movie teaches the children, its target audience, very good things.
My Ratings: Moral rating: Offensive / Moviemaking quality: 2½
Jordan, age 13 (USA)
Neutral—Although this movie got a few chuckles out of me, like in the first one the only thing that kept me watching was Jean Reno’s character. I know there was probably a lot of sexual innuendos, but I couldn’t describe any of them because half the time I couldn’t tell what the heck Steve Martin was saying.
My Ratings: Moral rating: Average / Moviemaking quality: 3
Katie, age 17 (USA)
Positive—This is a good film, besides talk about sexual stuff.
My Ratings: Moral rating: Average / Moviemaking quality: 5

Comments from non-viewers
Negative—This movie should have a PG13 rating because of all the sexual innuendo. It is NOT a family movie, should be for adults only. I’m not even sure if adults would find it funny either. Just a bad movie. Don’t waste your time. We’re returning this stinker to Netflix with only the first 10 minutes watched and will not be renting it again.
