“Can we save America a second time?”

Here’s what the distributor says about their film: “Inspired by the turbulent events of post-2016 presidential election America, Dinesh D'Souza's ‘Death of a Nation’ reveals an eerie similarity between the situations faced by President Trump now and the situations faced by President Lincoln in 1860. Abraham Lincoln was sworn in when his country was on the brink of changing forever. Lincoln—much like Trump today—faced an impossible task: how does one man begin to unite a nation torn apart?

Not since 1860 have the Democrats so fanatically refused to accept the result of a free election. That year, their target was Lincoln. They smeared him. They went to war to defeat him. In the end, they assassinated him.

Now the target of the Democrats is President Trump and his supporters. The Left calls them racists, white supremacists and fascists. These charges are used to justify driving Trump from office and discrediting the right ‘by any means necessary.’

But which is the party of the slave plantation? Which is the party that invented white supremacy? Which is the party that praised fascist dictators and shaped their genocidal policies and was in turn praised by them?

Moreover, which is the party of racism today? Is fascism now institutionally embodied on the right or on the left?

Through stunning historical recreations and a searching examination of fascism and white supremacy, ‘Death of a Nation’ cuts through progressive big lies to expose hidden history and explosive truths.

Lincoln united his party and saved America from the Democrats for the first time. Can Trump—and we—come together and save America for the second time?”

Positive—Great movie! Denish D’ Souza has gone to great lengths to prove his point. His research and accounts are clearly expressed throughout the movie. Although it is very eye-opening and heavy to hear, you will leave the movie feeling good. America is a wonderful country, and we are the land of the free. God Bless America. I would recommend everyone see this movie.

Positive—A brave and awesome piece of work! Holds to light one more time all those truth that liberals conveniently try to forget… stuff the Democrats and Liberals have been trying to rewrite and cover up for years.

Like how Soros —the back stabbing, weaselly psychopath sold out his own and aided the Nazis to save his own skin and years later has not a nano-shred of remorse. Like how Democrats fought tooth and nail to keep slavery (and in a manner —still do) and being the original KKK. And how Liberals try to paint Trump as part of alt-right. LOL. Nothing is further from the truth.

Makes an air tight case that the Antifa-minded 1st Amendment, Constitution stomping dolts are exactly the same as the Nazi Brown shirts.

P.S. As a once kool-aide drinking gay die hard Democrat I started digging for the TRUTH right around the time Obama was elected. Funny thing about TRUTH. Once you uncover it, it has this neat side effect of changing one’s political standing. #walkaway to #libertarian

Positive—This is a very informative documentary. Both my wife and I thought the movie was excellent. There was much to be learned from the presentation. We like to pride ourselves as being well informed, yet Mr. D’Souza brings to light many historical parallels to what is happening in our country today that we had not known. I highly recommend to all Americans to see the movie. You will leave the theater inspired and better informed. Standing up for what is right is usually not easy, as we learn about the White Rose Resistance and young Sophie Scholl. 5 Stars!

Positive—Greetings from India, since I am not American, you might find my review differs, I decided to post this review after I saw the neutral comment saying that there is a comparison between Lincoln and Trump. This is what the liberals and critics are saying all along, but not true.

The film is not comparing the life of Lincoln and Trump, Dinesh himself clearly mentioned this in his numerous interviews, which you can find on YouTube. He was actually comparing the situations pre and aftermath of the election.

This film is a bold movie, very erudite, and it’s in fact a truth bomb that will awaken a lot of people. During Obamination age (eight years of Obama) America’s name was tarnished, Christianity was constantly under attack by the President and the Democrats, the race division and identity politics reached its extreme form. Quasi terror groups like Antifa and Black Lives Matter and the likes terrorized the freedom of speech and all these happened under the pretense that the Democratic party is the champion of minorities and civil rights.

This film exposes the true reality of the Democratic party; it as an inspiration to a Nazi-like agenda, the demonization of Trump by the left and the Democrats, and the life of the Big Switch.

As an outsider I was viewing both parties and the election of Trump with great interest, and I could see virtue signalling and political correctness on the rise and the decline of Judaeo-Christian values under American leftists, liberals, secularists and Democrats, with great sadness.

Trump is not a politician, and he may not be the perfect orator and diplomat when he talks, but his heart is in the right place, and he is a man of his word, and Dinesh D'Souza is telling his true character and the situations which mainstream media would never lets you know. It’s one of the best documentaries that will educate you and lifts your spirit.

Neutral—The movie starts with all the snowflake videos we have all seen on YouTube as Trump wins the 2016 Presidential Election. Nothing new here, we already have seen and laughed at these videos last year seeing the leftist newscasters cry along with over clips of snowflakes doing the same. We have already laughed that those videos so many times, that I can’t laugh again already here. Nothing original here. It’s like Dinesh D'Souza is almost plagiarizing already done video clips.

There were some interesting points in this movie.

Comparing the democratic party to a fascist country was something that some may argue with, and he has some valid points there. Most of us already knew the Democratic Party was the party of the KKK.

He put in a section of another movie rather than doing that story part from scratch. Was D’Souza too lazy to do it himself from scratch? He and his co-director could learn how to do a dramatic movie if they did it from scratch; so instead we get a lot of copy and paste in this movie.

“Death of a Nation” got boring at points and I had to force myself from falling asleep. I have a Bachelor’s degree in film and TV so it’s not that I don’t have an interest in seeing something new. There were some things in this movie that was not new. There were his typical corny sections with the patriot music that he does with some of his other flicks which make the movie a little on the amateur side.

His Lincoln and Hitler actors were miscast. This Lincoln portrayed in the movie couldn’t motivate me to pick up a rifle and kill my brother in in the South and his Hitler actor would not put fear into anyone to obey him blindly.

Dinesh puts himself in scenes where Hitler actually was before, then the scene morphs into 1934 Nazi Germany era with Dinesh still in it. This would be neat, but I have already seen this type of stuff done before in other YouTube videos. I won’t call this plagiarizing either, but it’s been done before by others.

If Dinesh does another movie, he should hire a good, professional director and let him do all the directing.

Lastly, comparing Trump to Lincoln was a far stretch. Lincoln was a statesman, and Trump, who I voted for, could not stand in his shadow. I don’t think I’ll ever see a Gettysburg Address speech come from Trump; he would be better at staying with the Tweets. Lincoln was a moral man and faithful to his wife, and here I’ll say no more about Trump.
