Here’s what the distributor says about their film: Luc Deveraux (Van Damme), the heroic former Universal Soldier, is about to be thrown into action once again. …despite all the pyrotechnics, I almost dozed off twice. For those who have trouble sleeping but are reluctant to use drugs, try sitting through a showing of “Universal Soldier: The Return”. Even with the screeching, roaring digital soundtrack, you’ll be out in no time.
