Shushan Eduth

Hebrew: שׁוּשַׁ֣ן עֵד֑וּת —transliteration: shushan eduth —meaning: the lily of testimony
These two words appear in the title of Psalm 60 and possibly refer to an ancient tune called “The Lily of Testimony.”
For the choir director; according to Shushan Eduth. A Mikhtam of David, to teach; when he struggled with Aram-naharaim and with Aram-zobah, and Joab returned, and smote twelve thousand of Edom in the Valley of Salt.
