"VGA Civil War Strategy" allows you to take strategical command of the American Civil War. The game was first released in the early 1990's as shareware and has since then gone through a large number of upgrades and has gathered a small following.

The “Civil War Strategy” allows you to buy/train/move/engage armies/ships, fortify cities, relieve generals, and lots more. While the game is lacking in the modern graphical era its AI is challenging and has been met with open arms from the wargaming community receiving thousands of downloads on AOL's software libraries.

This game has no real objectionable material unless one objects to a totalling of body counts due to war.

Year of Release—1992
