Hananiah is a false prophet who was from Gibeon (Jeremiah 28).
Then Jeremiah the prophet said to Hananiah the prophet, “Listen now, Hananiah, Yahweh has not sent you, and you have made this people trust in a lie. Therefore thus says Yahweh, ‘Behold, I am about to remove you from the face of the earth. The prophet Ezekiel saw this man’s son (a Judean official) at a gate of the Jerusalem Temple in a Divine vision.
Moreover, the Spirit lifted me up and brought me to the east gate of the house of Yahweh which faced eastward. And behold, at the entrance of the gate, there were 25 men, and I saw among them Jaazaniah son of Azzur and Pelatiah son of Benaiah, officials of the people. —Ezekiel 11:1 LSB
This is the only mention of this Azur (Azzur).
