What is the…
The Way
In John 14:6, Jesus Christ said to his disciple Thomas,
“I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father but through Me.” —see —John 14:1-11 NASB
As a result, early Christians often called themselves followers of The Way.
“…show unto us the way of salvation.” —Acts 16:17 KJV
“This man was instructed in the way of the Lord… and expounded unto him the way of God more perfectly.” —Acts 18:25-26 KJV
The apostle Paul said to a governor:
“But this I admit to you, that according to The Way which they call a sect I do serve the God of our fathers, believing everything that is in accordance with the Law and that is written in the Prophets” —Acts 24:14 NASB
